Tejasswi Prakash, the Indian entertainment world’s favorite personality, continues to impress audiences not just by her acting and appearances on reality shows but also with her unfiltered lifestyle vlogs. In her latest video, the actress explained what she eats in a day, showcasing a well-balanced combination of nutrition and taste.
A Health-Focused Morning Routine
Tejasswi starts her day with a warm cup of tea, lovingly made by her boyfriend Karan Kundrra. While commuting to work, she takes a refreshing combination of lauki (bottle gourd), amla (gooseberry), and pudina (mint) juice. She attributes lauki and pudina for their cooling, digestion-friendly qualities and amla for better hair health. This is usually followed by a glass of mosambi (sweet lime) juice to be energized throughout the day.

For breakfast, idlis or samosas are the light and satisfying food choices of Tejasswi. She complements it with beetroot juice and coconut water for hydration purposes and general health.
Healthy Lunch and Nighttime Snacks
Lunch is typically of homemade food with chicken curry, vegetables, salad, roti, rice, and kebabs. She does Vajrasana after lunch for digestion and drinks a cup of black coffee without sugar accompanied by some fruits.
For her night snack, she goes for sukha bhel and remains hydrated with lemon water with chia seeds added to it. Dinner is a combination of indulgence and comfort food, with Tejasswi relishing dosas or pav bhaji.

On the Work Front
Tejasswi was recently seen on Celebrity MasterChef and is all geared up to debut as an actress in the web show Bewafa Tera Masoom Chehra, which is being produced by Saurabh Tewari. She is also said to be featuring on Dubai Bling with Karan Kundrra, although it’s unknown whether it will be a full-fledged appearance or a special one. The couple also made a shared appearance on Laughter Chef’s 2 recently.
