The romance of Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Naga Chaitanya had a beginning on the sets of Ye Maaya Chesave (2010), a film that marked the beginning of their professional and personal life together. The couple became one of the most favored celebrity pairs in South India over the years, ultimately getting married in 2017 with both Hindu and Christian ceremonies. Unfortunately, their union came to an end in 2021 after almost four years.
Tattoo Tribute Vanishes in New Clip
While they were together, Samantha accumulated three tattoos dedicating them to Chaitanya, among which was the prominent “YMC” on her upper back, representing Ye Maaya Chesave. But in a new Instagram clip, Samantha was seen wearing a burgundy gown with an extreme back cut, scribbling “Nothing to Hide” on a glass screen. The conspicuous missing of the “YMC” tattoo led to speculations that the actress had removed it. While some fans are convinced she covered up the tattoo, others are of the view that it could be masked with makeup during the ad photoshoot.

Relationship Rumours with Filmmaker Raj Nidimoru
Whereas Naga Chaitanya has since moved on and is wed to actress Sobhita Dhulipala, Samantha has in recent times been spotted with filmmaker Raj Nidimoru of the Raj & DK partnership. The two are said to have grown close while filming Citadel, and while some have suggested they are looking for properties where they can cohabitate, others have stated that they are dating. A Pinkvilla insider asserted Raj formally divorced his wife Shhyamali in 2022 and has since dated Samantha.
