Aasif Khan, who is famous for delivering strong performances in hit web shows such as Paatal Lok and Panchayat, has recently had a heart attack and was admitted to Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital in Mumbai. The 34-year-old actor has a stable condition and will soon be discharged, reports India Today.
The actor updated fans on his condition through Instagram. Quoting from the hospital, sharing a very moving post, he penned, “Life is short, don’t take a single day for granted.”. Anything can happen in a moment.” He asked his followers to appreciate life and relationships, further stating, “Life is a gift, and we are blessed.” In a different Instagram Story, Aasif gave fans an assurance that he is healing nicely: “The last few hours I’ve been facing some health concerns which needed hospitalisation. Now I am on the path of recovery and feeling much better.
He thanked them for the love and concern showered upon him by the fans, saying, “Your support means everything to me. I’ll be back really soon. Until then, thank you for keeping me in your thoughts.
Aasif Khan has established a niche for himself in the OTT market of India with his impactful performances. He essayed Ganesh in Prime Video’s blockbuster series Panchayat, featuring Jitendra Kumar, Neena Gupta, Raghubir Yadav, among others. He played Kabir M, a prime suspect of the crime-thriller starring Jaideep Ahlawat, in Paatal Lok Season 1.
