Bigg Boss, India’s most controversial and talked-about reality show, is going back on air for its 19th season. There had been rumors about the show not happening because of a reported rift between the channel and the production house. But now reports have confirmed that Bigg Boss 19 is indeed coming and will be the longest in the history of the franchise. The reality show is set to go on for a record 5.5 months, confining contestants within the camera-lined house for almost half a year.
The eagerly anticipated season will go on air on July 30, and Salman Khan is set to host the season once again. Sources indicate that he will film the promo shoot for the season in June.
No Bigg Boss OTT 4 This Year
Even as viewers prepare for Bigg Boss 19, there’s bad news for those waiting to watch another season of Bigg Boss OTT. Entertainment portals report that Bigg Boss OTT 4 has been pushed to 2025. The long running time of Bigg Boss 19 is reportedly a major reason for this move, with only the principal show being prioritized this year.
