The high-octane trailer of Heads of State, where Priyanka Chopra essays a dominant character, has generated a lot of buzz on the internet. Out from Prime Video, the film promises an explosive mix of action, comedy, and political conspiracy, with Chopra essaying a tough MI6 agent caught in the centre of a world conspiracy.
The trailer begins with a mid-air crisis as the U.S. President, played by John Cena, and the UK Prime Minister, portrayed by Idris Elba, are attacked aboard a plane. Overcoming the ambush, the two have to set aside national rivalry and join forces to take down a threat that would destabilize the world.
Enter Noel Bisset, Priyanka Chopra’s portrayal of a high-level MI6 agent who is responsible for keeping the leaders alive. Her entrance is as dramatic as it is effective. “Many people want you dead. My job is to get you to the safest place on this continent,” she says, before she gets into a high-octane fight scene where she dispatches masked assailants with ease. Her demeanor is cool, lethal, and obviously in command, with no hint of backup on the way just grit, guns, and improv.
Directed by Ilya Naishuller, Heads of State also stars Paddy Considine, Stephen Root, Carla Gugino, Jack Quaid, and Sarah Niles in supporting roles. With a high-energy trio of Cena, Elba, and Chopra, the film brings international espionage, wry humor, and action-packed intensity.

Scheduled for a world premiere on Amazon Prime Video on July 2, the action film will also be released in six languages including English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada to reach large audiences across communities.
