The Oscar winner made a red-carpet-perfect fashion moment in a pleated ivory silk taffeta strapless gown by Dior. Made from exquisite ivory silk taffeta, it took more than 250 hours to make and took inspiration from Dior’s 1949 archival “Poulenc” creation.
Timeless Sophistication on the Red Carpet
The full skirt and classic silhouette created a romantic, old-Hollywood vibe for Lawrence’s look. Her accessories were kept to a minimum, as she added only a dainty bracelet and small stud earrings, letting the dress be the main attraction. With her hands lightly tucked inside the dress’s secret pockets, Lawrence posed with an effortlessly cool air. Her makeup included a red lip—adding a perfect pop of color—combined with soft eye makeup and defined brows to finish out the look.
