Bollywood legend Shah Rukh Khan chanced upon the red carpet at the special screening of Aamir Khan and Genelia Deshmukh’s movie, Sitaare Zameen Par, on Thursday night. The night was glamorous with a couple of tears, but one heart-melting moment overshadowed everything else and soon went viral on social media.

SRK’s Heartwarming Moment with Azad Wins Hearts Online

In a video posted by paparazzo Sneh Zala, we see Shah Rukh Khan warmly hugging Aamir Khan’s son, Azad Rao Khan. The now-viral video features SRK softly touching Azad’s cheek and shaking his hand, all while sporting his famous smile. Fans couldn’t have enough of the tenderness and affection he displayed, terming it a beautiful, natural moment. SRK’s manager, Pooja Dadlani, also appeared in the video in a cameo.

Shedding Joy to the Young Stars of the Movie

Wearing casual clothes in a white T-shirt, jeans, a blue navy jacket, and beanie, Shah Rukh made time to relate to the specially-abled children portrayed in the film. He hugged them, laughed with them, and even took photos with them, kissing one little girl’s forehead as she hugged him tight. These heartwarming instances really won the hearts of fans, who commended SRK for his humility and generosity.

A Night Full of Stars

Aamir Khan came with his wife Gauri Spratt and son Azad, looking cheerful for the paparazzi. The show also featured a slew of other stars, such as Rekha, Salman Khan, Vicky Kaushal, Tamannaah Bhatia, Riteish Deshmukh, and Aamir’s nephew Imran Khan, who was accompanied by his girlfriend Lekha Washington.

Starring Vasanth Ravi and Sreeja Nair, the movie released on June 20, 2025. It’s being referred to as a spiritual follow-up to the much-loved classic Taare Zameen Par and deals with the inspirational tales of neurodiverse children.
