Bollywood actor Salman Khan has accepted Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s nomination of participating in the ‘Swachha Bharat Abhiyaan’ and picked up the broom to help keep the streets clean.

Salman uploaded photos of him cleaning a street in Karjat and also further nominated his good friend Aamir Khan, ‘Thalaiva’ Rajinikanth among others.
“I once again thank @narendramodi for taking up the Swachh Bharat initiative and nominating me. I started with Karjat yesterday. Yeh Dekho photo’s. And I nominate Aamir Khan, Azim Premji, Chanda Kochhar, Omar Abdullah, Pradeep Dhoot, Rajat Sharma, Rajinikanth & Vineet Jain,” posted Sallu.
Narendra Modi also got on to a micro-blogging site to thank Salman for his efforts. “The effort by @BeingSalmanKhan is a significant one that will inspire several people to join Swachh Bharat Mission. #MyCleanIndia,” expressed Modi.
