As was very obvious, the two prominent releases of the week, the Naseeruddin Shah, Sunny Leone and Sachiin Joshi starrer JACKPOT and Dimple Kapadia’s WHAT THE FISH, have both failed to register even half decent collections. Comparatively speaking it was the Kaizad Gustad directed JACKPOT that fared better than WHAT THE FISH.

With Yash Raj Films’ Aamir-Katrina starrer, DHOOM 3, all set for a bumper opening next Friday, both JACKPOT and WHAT THE FISH have negligible chances of survival, more so after the dismal start.
Meanwhile, Prabhu Dheva’s Shahid Kapoor and Sonakshi Sinha starrer, R…RAJKUMAR, managed a decent performance netting in the 44-45 crore range during the opening week from India and is expected to be the best performer, during its second weekend as well. In fact R….RAJKUMAR has bright chances of being a profitable venture, thereby raising director Prabhu Dheva’s stocks even further.
