One of Indian cinema’s most ambitious projects, ‘AA22×A6’, is officially kicking off production. As per exclusive reports from PeepingMoon.com, superstar Allu Arjun and director Atlee will begin filming this 700-crore action extravaganza tomorrow in Mumbai.

Actress Mrunal Thakur, who plays a key role, will join Allu Arjun for the initial shoot. While the first schedule is expected to be short, it will reportedly feature vital scenes that lay the groundwork for the film’s expansive and high-octane narrative. To build anticipation, a special announcement photoshoot with the cast is also being held today.

A Cinematic Universe Like Never Before

Set in a parallel universe, ‘AA22×A6’ aims to redefine Indian cinema through its grand scale and cutting-edge visual effects. Allu Arjun is set to portray multiple characters in the film, promising a layered and complex performance. With top VFX studios from Los Angeles onboard, the project is poised to deliver an immersive viewing experience with world-class visuals.

Produced by Sun Pictures, the film reflects meticulous planning from Atlee and his team, who have charted a detailed shooting schedule that will run through 2025. The final product is slated for a grand, multi-language theatrical release in late 2026.

Deepika Padukone to Join Later

While Mrunal Thakur is part of the first phase of filming, Deepika Padukone, who plays the main female lead, is expected to join the team in the latter half of 2025. She is currently wrapping up her role in Shah Rukh Khan’s upcoming film ‘King’.

With its star-studded cast, visionary direction, and massive budget, ‘AA22×A6’ is set to become a landmark moment in Indian cinema.
