As Kohli walked off the field, everyone’s attention was focused on Anushka, whose emotional response in the stands resonated with viewers.
Dressed in a casual white oversized shirt and blue jeans, Anushka had earlier been seen cheering enthusiastically for Kohli as the Royal Challengers Bengaluru took on the Punjab Kings. Always a steadfast supporter, she has been a familiar face at Kohli’s crucial matches.

Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli’s romance started in 2013 when they were working on a TV commercial. They got married in an intimate wedding ceremony in Italy in 2017, hiding their relationship for years. The couple had their daughter, Vamika, in January 2021, and in February 2024, welcomed their son, Akaay.

Anushka’s Next Film is Her Return
In her professional life, Anushka is all geared up to return to screens with Chakda Xpress, a sports biopic of the life of one-time Indian cricketer Jhulan Goswami. The film, which is to be streamed on Netflix, is her comeback after a six-year gap. Anushka appeared last in the 2018 release Zero, with Shah Rukh Khan and Katrina Kaif. The date of release for Chakda Xpress hasn’t been declared as yet.
