Ranbir Kapoor seems to have found a new passion pickleball. The Bollywood actor was spotted on Saturday morning in Mumbai by paparazzi after an intense pickleball session with friends. Dressed in a white athletic jacket and sporting a blue scarf tied around his forehead, Ranbir exuded a sporty vibe. However, he kept things low-key and avoided any interaction with photographers, heading straight to his car after the game.

A New Favourite Sport?

Pickleball, a fast-growing sport that combines elements of tennis, badminton, and table tennis, appears to have caught Ranbir’s interest. Though the actor has not made any public statements about the sport yet, his regular appearances after matches suggest it has become a regular part of his fitness routine. Fans on social media were quick to admire his look and athletic spirit.

Visit to Bhansali’s Office with Alia Bhatt

Just a few days before his pickleball sighting, Ranbir was seen with Alia Bhatt as the couple paid a visit to filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s office in Mumbai. The duo’s presence sparked buzz, as they are set to star in Bhansali’s upcoming magnum opus, Love and War, alongside Vicky Kaushal.

While Ranbir walked directly into the building, Alia took a moment to acknowledge the media, pausing to pose for pictures. Their visit has heightened anticipation around the project, which marks a reunion of Ranbir and Bhansali after a long gap.

Reunion with a Master Filmmaker

Ranbir Kapoor is clearly excited about his role in Love and War. During a fan interaction earlier this year in Mumbai, he spoke candidly about the upcoming film. “Love and War is every actor’s dream,” Ranbir said. “To work with brilliant actors like Alia and Vicky and to be directed by the master Sanjay Leela Bhansali. I worked with him 17 years ago, and I can say with so much clarity that I haven’t met a human being who works so hard, who understands characters, emotions, music, Indian culture, and values as much as he does.”

He acknowledged the demanding nature of working with Bhansali but emphasized its artistic reward: “Just being on his set is tiring, it’s long, but it’s incredibly satisfying.”

Love and War’ Set for 2026 Release

Love and War is scheduled to hit theatres on March 20, 2026, and fans are already counting down. With its powerful cast and Bhansali’s directorial brilliance, the film promises to be a cinematic spectacle.
