Nora’s appearance at the AMAs comes shortly after the success of her international single Snake with American artist Jason Derulo. The track has topped the BBC Asian Music charts and marked a significant milestone in her global music journey.
This year’s American Music Awards celebrated major icons in the industry, including performances by Gloria Estefan, Gwen Stefani, Blake Shelton, and Janet Jackson who was honored with the prestigious Icon Award. Rod Stewart received the Lifetime Achievement Award. Among nominees, Kendrick Lamar led with 10 nominations, followed by Billie Eilish, Chappell Roan, and Shaboozey. Expanding Horizons with 5 Junction Records
In addition to her musical success, Nora has joined rapper King and executive Anjula Acharia in launching 5 Junction Records, a joint venture with Warner Music Group. The label aims to spotlight South Asian talent for North American audiences and was recently featured on the cover of Billboard magazine.

“It’s hard to take a vision and sell it… but when [Anjula] starts her pitch, you somehow have FOMO,” Nora told Billboard.
On-Screen Presence
