While the media is abuzz with the news that Bollywood’s most sought-after actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is making her big comeback with Irrfan Khan in Sanjay Gupta’s JAZBAA, the lead actor Irrfan has not yet signed the film.

When we confirmed with Irrfan, he said, “I have liked the idea and I have also said yes to the project. But I have not yet signed the film as there are many processes which a film has to go through.”

However, Irrfan refused to divulge anything further.
JAZBAA is said to be an action thriller and it will feature Aishwarya as a very strong female character, playing the role of a lawyer, while Irrfan Khan will reprise the role of a suspended cop who has problems with authority and discipline. The film will probably go on floors in January 2015.
